The first live in-studio event at the new space at 123 Mercer Street will be at 2 pm when I will lead a Bloodline/Ancestral Healing session to release any lower energy related to your bloodline and create a healing to realign the negative patterns in your life that run from ancestral lineage. With the veil thin on All Hallow's Eve and into Dias de los Muertos, this is the perfect time of the year to do this work. Of course, you can also join remotely via Zoom classroom by logging in. Investment is $33 per person or for a Family using same device: $65.

One last thought...
We are ONE. Yoga is a process of integration to your Highest Self. We are all in this together. All are welcome as long as your beliefs align to this unification of Oneness. Let's continue to do our part to raise the collective vibrations on the planet by working on our own energy system through our practice. Love will guide the way.

Hatha Yoga - All Level
Our signature yoga classes are Hatha oriented, where we balance the energies of sun/moon, male/female and yin/yang. With emphasis on both stretching and strengthening as well as proper yogic breathing techniques, these classes allow the beginner through the intermediate student to work at his or her own pace, gradually building a practice slowly and mindfully.
Gentle Yoga classes are designed to assist the student with relaxing techniques such as gentle guided stretching, deep breathing techniques and meditation pathways. Beginners, those with injuries or limitations, and anyone who just wants to slow down will love these classes.
For those more athletically inclined, Vinyasa classes offer a bit of a fitness edge, while keeping with traditional yogic elements. Repetitive flowing movements give a challenge to the classes that build inner strength and stamina.
The practice of stilling the mind has many pathways. Meditation can be breath oriented, guided, moving and even gazing. These are all level classes for any type of experience.
For those who find it difficult to get down on the floor or want to learn to stretch in a chair at work or home, this is the perfect class.
Bring yoga to your work or home with on-site programs. These can be virtual or in person. Contact us for more information.
Thai Yoga Bodywork
Sometimes referred to as the "Lazy Man's Yoga," Thai Yoga Bodywork is a thorough program of massage therapy that opens energy channels in the body, increases circulation and leaves one feeling completely relaxed and refreshed.
As a certified and licensed Massage Therapist since 2000, Tracey has chosen to focus her massage work in Thai Yoga Bodywork due to the incredible benefits that she has experienced, personally, from her seven trips to Thailand where she's received countless sessions with many different therapists, in addition to completing a training program here in the US.
Thai Yoga Bodywork is performed on the mat, fully clothed, with you resting while receiving various compression, joint mobilization and energy healing techniques.
