Mt. Shasta Vision Quest Retreat

Mt. Shasta, located in Northern California, is known as a major earth chakra center. Many argue if it is 1st chakra or not, but my personal experience there has been an undeniable energy of rooting and presence - and so much more!

Many have come to Shasta and left as visionaries, having had mystical experiences while on the mountain. We will borrow this backdrop for a "Vision Quest" healing retreat, leaning into the land and all that she has to offer us, while being brilliantly escorted by me, Dr. Tracey, who has spent time in Shasta twice before, and led a group experience here in 2022.

We will stay locally in shared accommodations, and travel to and from the mountain and surrounding lakes and landscapes each day with a particular Shamanic intention. Guided through hikes, meditations and shamanic practices, we will make space for you to have your own experience to feel how rooting in deep presences has the ability to shift energy directly upward to open you to a whole new spectrum of awareness. 

Included: Shared occupancy, breakfasts, ground transportation to and from Shasta and sites with a group pickup at airport scheduled, meditations, healings, and shamanic practices with Dr. Tracey. 

Not included: Air (most likely to/from San Francisco with one group pickup -TBA), other meals, money for crystals and other fun purchases at the metaphysical shops in the area).
