It is here already - Labor Day Weekend! Ah, the joys of moving into Fall...unless you are a teacher (haha)
Well, either way, join Tracey for a lovely morning practice on the farm in Robbinsville. Bring your mat and any props you need as well as some water. We will practice in a lovely spot, surrounded by the farm's gardens and roaming peacocks (pick up your own feather for a trinket to take home).
This will be an all level Hatha Yoga practice with a short Reiki Healing added to final relaxation for something extra special!
