Virtual Talking Stick Circle

The Lakota people of North America had a tradition called "Talking Stick Circles." They created sacred space, smudged with white sage, and passed a ceremonial stick from person to person. When it was your turn, you could speak of any truths that needed to be said. You could share a challenge or a triumph, and the tribe would simply listen.

In this same energy we will hold space, virtually. Bring your own candle, incense or altar to create your own sacred space at home. Rev. Dr. Tracey will offer a smudging service that works online, and then we will take turns sharing. 

At the conclusion, Tracey will offer a meditative intention to close the session.
