About the event

Join Dr. Tracey L. Ulshafer, founder of One Yoga & Wellness Center, as she hosts a level I Thai Yoga Bodywork training. During this course you will learn authentic Thai Bodywork. In this course you will learn:

1. Understanding Thai Massage

2. Preparation for Thai Bodywork

3. Sen (energy lines)

4. Basic techniques for 30 & 60 minute treatment sessions

This 15 hour course will give you the basics for giving an authentic Thai Bodywork session.

Your teacher, Rev. Dr. Tracey L. Ulshafer, has traveled to Thailand seven times since 2009, enjoying and exploring Thai Bodywork everywhere from the Indigenous practices of walking on the back and bone-setting to the therepeutic and herbal practices taught my Father Doctor Jivaka and the more formal trainings in schools around Bangkok and Chiang Mai. As a certified and licensed massage therapist in NJ, as well as a yoga school and teacher of yogic practices for over 22 years, Dr. T brings a wealth of knowledge to the program.

This weekday program will meets Thursdays during the day from 10 am - 2 pm August 4, 11, 18 & 25 at Kula Yoga & Fitness in Hightstown, NJ (above 4 Seasons Deli).
