Lay into the postures using supportive props to assist your body and its connective tissue to relax and your mind and stress to dissolve.
You will be guided through a series of postures, and while you are basking in their restorative energies, Rev. Dr. Tracey will be moving through the room offering Reiki and Quantum Healing energy clearing to each person and the collective energy.Â
