R & R Weekend Retreat

Rest, Rejuvenate, and Reconnect on this weekend retreat hosted by Dr. Tracey L. Ulshafer, founder of One Yoga & Wellness. Located on the beautiful sprawling acres of the Amethyst Retreat Center.

Our weekend will begin on Friday afternoon, when you can checkin any time after 1 pm to unwind and relax on the beautiful property. Snacks and tea will be provided while you take time for yourself to unplug.

Friday evening Tracey will guide us in a Native American Talking Stick Circle and Fire Ceremony, including smudging and clearing of our energy and releasing that which does not serve our True Self.

Saturday begins with a morning all-level yoga practice. A Meditation and other fun activities (surprises, surprises) will be available throughout the day on the property before we offer our pre-dinner gentle/yin/restore yoga practice. You can choose to drop into the activities, or relax on your own, reading, napping or exploring the grounds. The details of the day will be posted when you arrive so that you can move with the flow of what you need.

Sunday we will also have a morning healing meditation and yoga practice with Reiki, followed by brunch. Then you have some open time on the land to enjoy before checking out at 1 pm. 

Retreat includes: yoga, guided meditations and other activities with Tracey, shared room accommodations in the house (camping options for those who wish to pitch a tent also available at a lower price. There are outdoor showers), Meals: Friday: snacks and dinner, Saturday: B/L/D and Sunday: brunch.

Not included: Transfers (Amethyst is about 2.5 hrs from our area in Central NJ - car pooling options can be coordinated), yoga mats and personal props/supplies, bedding (they come equipped with a fitted sheet, but you will need to bring whatever else you want for on top), and any other person items. 

Dietary restrictions will be honored when available. Whole foods that promote well-being are the major items on the menu, and are being prepared with love and to support your body, mind and spirit by OYC.
