New Year - New You Mini Retreat

Join Tracey for a half day virtual retreat - "New Year - New You!" where we will create perfectly positive energy and intentions in which to drive your year in an uplifting direction.

Begin with a welcome at 11 am.

11:30 am All Level Hatha Yoga for energy clearing & connecting to the Divine Feminine

1- 2 pm Grab a snack and join in a journaling prompt and discussion focusing on the energy that you want to focus on for the New Year

2 - 3 pm It is no secret that the Divine Feminine aspect is on the rise all over the world. We see her rising politically, culturally and feel her rising within our own being and the collective consciousness. Which Goddess (es) can you connect with for 2021 to help focus your energies the best? You will be given your own Goddess, learn her spirit, her story, and her skills.

3 - 4 pm Goddess Meditation/Integration Ritual

4 - 5 pm Closing prompts, Mantras and Intentions for your New Year - New You!

Full itinerary done virtually. You will need your yoga materials, a white candle, a journal and a snack or lunch for yourself.
