About the event

Injuries can happen at any time, but especially when you live an active life. The yoga practice is one that will care for your body & mind well into your senior ages if you tune in & listen - both to the yogic principles & your inner teacher. Sometimes in our earnest to achieve a pose, push past our limitations or practice when our mind is elsewhere, we can slip up & injuries can occur.

In this workshop we will discuss the three weakest links in the human body, understand the basic anatomy & movement of these areas & discover what yoga postures we need to fine tune & how.
