Join Tracey for this in-person (place TBA) for a mini day retreat on Healing Our Hearts
We will begin by coming together in Sacred Space, honoring each other and our old stories. Through ceremony, mudras, meditation and more, we will move throughout the day releasing, with love, the old and transforming this energy to create space for a new, TRUE HEART to emerge.
