About the event
One Yoga Center's most popular yoga teacher training has historically been the 100 hour "Chakra Module." Although we discuss more than the Hindu Chakra system, there is a large emphasis on the 7-chakra model and creating balance in the system through yoga and other holistic methods.
This course is designed to dive deep into your own chakra and other energy systems so that you can heal and expand your being beyond the limitations of the past. For teachers this is a tremendous way to "see" what is going on with your students and present practices best suited for their needs. For students, this is a great self-discovery that will empower you to move into deeper healing for yourself.
Join Dr. Tracey L. Ulshafer, our founder and owner, as she guides you through this training with well over 25 years of deep dives into her own chakra system.Â
Of course the best method is in-person. But these days, we must offer at-home options. So, yes, you can do this training remotely on our zoom classroom. Claim your spot today and we will correspond to figure out the rest.Â

Saturday 9-5 pm ONE TIME EACH MONTH: May, June, July - Dates TBD based on accommodating all who register by a certain date. These are required for all teachers, but not for students taking this for self-development.
*** There will also be ONE FULL WEEKEND Saturday & Sunday 9-5 pm in August for Finals. This is required for all teachers, but students taking this for self-development are optional.Â
