Chakra Self-Development Course

The coveted yoga teacher training advanced module is open to all who are interested in taking a deep dive into his/her chakras for understanding how energy gets blocked and how to get it flowing again for optimum health. We talk about eastern yogic methodology as well as western psychology, a perfect blend.

Yoga Teachers, this is an opportunity to understand how to develop personalized practices for your students. Legally we cannot call it "Yoga Therapy,"....but...

This will total 100 hours of advanced studies. All hours are required. There will be one quiz and a teaching practicum to complete the module. 

Students and friends of yoga, you are not requred to attend all the hours, but encouraged to attend as many as possible, as well as complete homework assignments for feedback from Tracey. There will be some times when you will be excused early so that teachers can discuss particular components of yoga teaching.

Three Involvement Levels:

1. Yoga Teacher Investment: $1499 

2. Student (not a yoga teacher) Investment: $999

3. Yoga Teacher Tune-Up Investment: $444 (for teachers who have already taken this module, and want a refresher)

* Any enrollment includes a pass to attend virtual yoga classes with Tracey as available on the schedule for no extra cost.

In Person VS. Virtual:

Thursday evenings will be virtual events. Weekends will be in-person with virtual options.

In short, the course can be taken completely virtual on our Zoom classroom. But for those living locally, in-person attendence is highly suggested. Location to be shared upon enrollment.
