Thai Yoga Bodywork is a simple, effective method of healing that you can bring to your home or community. Massage Therapists and Bodyworkers can receive 15 CU’s from NCBTMB and Yoga teachers for YA.

About the event
Join Dr. Tracey L. Ulshafer as she hosts the folk art healing of Thai Yoga Bodywork, level 1 training. During this course you will learn authentic Thai Bodywork, performed on the floor with a mat and other props.
In this course you will learn:
1. Understanding Thai Massage
2. Preparation for Thai Bodywork
3. Sen (energy lines)
4. Basic techniques for 30 & 60 minute treatment sessions
This 15 hour course will give you the basics for giving an authentic Thai Bodywork session. Massage Therepists and Bodyworkers can receive CU's for this course through NCBTMB. Yoga teachers can also receive CEU's for Yoga Alliance.
Your teacher, Rev. Dr. Tracey L. Ulshafer, has traveled to Thailand seven times since 2009, enjoying and exploring Thai Bodywork everywhere from the Indigenous practices of walking on the back and bone-setting to the therapeutic and herbal practices taught my Father Doctor Jivaka and the more formal trainings in schools around Bangkok and Chiang Mai. As a certified and licensed massage therapist in NJ, as well as a yoga school and teacher of yogic practices for over 22 years, Dr. T brings a wealth of knowledge to the program.
You must be present in-person for both sessions: Saturday 9 am - 6 pm and Sunday 9 am - 4 pm
Investment: $499 - option to pay in full or with deposit, then balance separately.
