Tracey Ulshafer
“A graduate of Glassboro State College with a B.A. in Radio/Tv/Film, Tracey spent twelve years in the corporate world working her body into knots, chronic sinus infections and severe back pain initially caused by a prior car accident. An introduction to yoga saved her from surgery and opened her eyes to the value of holistic practices.
After several years of studies and training, Tracey took a leap of faith and left the corporate world behind to follow a path in the ancient healing arts. Tracey completed a local 500 hour Hatha Yoga teacher training and is also a graduate of Health Choices Holistic Massage School. In the summer of 2003 she took an additional Yoga teacher training with one of the leading gurus in America, Baron Baptiste. In 2005, Tracey added a Yoga Teacher Training certification course that was approved by the Yoga Alliance to her programs at One Yoga & Wellness center.
Registered with the Yoga Alliance and the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA), Tracey's aspiration is to help others heal their lives through the many holistic means that have transformed her own. One Yoga & Wellness Center is a means to get the word on these ancient healing methods out to the community. Tracey teaches several Yoga classes in Hatha and Vinyasa styles at various levels throughout the week. Tracey also is available for Massage Therapy, Reiki sessions, private Yoga instruction and Spiritual Counseling.”
