Natalie first discovered yoga after graduating Villanova University in 1997, and continued practicing various styles while living in Philadelphia for over 10 years. After moving to Ewing, NJ, she found more time to dedicate to her yoga practice and immersed herself in a year-long teacher training program at One Yoga Center.
Certified at the 500-hour level and also registered with the Yoga Alliance, Natalie is now trained to teach yoga classes in Hatha, Gentle Hatha, Vinyasa, Pre-Natal and Kids. She is inspired by working with her mentor, Tracey Ulshafer, while also drawing on various styles of yoga from her years of diverse practice. Natalie finds great joy in her life spending time with her husband, Mike, and their 2 dogs and cat.
A believer in practicing many styles of meditation and mindfulness, Natalie also maintains a sense of peace while painting, playing the guitar and going on long walks with her family. She encourages her students to embrace a path of compassionate self growth and discovery, and she hopes that her classes assist them in finding peace and balance in their lives, both on and off the mat.
