Elizabeth Trimble
Yogini

Anne

Always being an active person, a running enthusiast, hiker, and athlete, Liz was naturally drawn to yoga. In fact, she skipped beginner and all level classes and walked right in to a Power Vinyasa class her first time out! Liz found yoga to not only provide her with a great workout, but also a calming and grounding that was missing from her other activities. The added benefit of stretching the muscles that years of running had tightened up was a much welcomed bonus!

After several years of practicing yoga with Tracey Ulshafer of One Yoga & Wellness Center, as well as reading numerous books and attending various other yoga workshops, Liz decided to enroll in the teacher training program - with her only intention to broaden her own practice...well, a year later, Liz is teaching yoga! Liz's classes are known for their strengthening aspects.

Elizabeth is the owner of the Landscaping and Gardening company "Herbacious Borders," located in Robbinsville, NJ, where she lives on what was at one time the largest Peacock Farm with her husband, Kent, who is a third generation farmer on that land. In fact, the road they live on is named after his grandfather. If you want to know the name of a flower or herb, Liz is your "go-to" girl. Want to know a home remedy from the garden for any physical or mental issue? Liz has one for you. Liz's gardens in the greater Princeton, NJ area have been showcased in many magazines and local papers as her integrity and quality of gardening is unmatched.

Gardening and yoga come together for Liz as she is in tune with the earth: very grounded and humble, yet honored to be teaching the practice of yoga and to hopefully take it on the road one day to Ecuador, where she hopes to retire with her husband.
