Kristin found yoga five years ago while going through an extremely stressful and difficult time in her life. From the first time she stepped on the mat, she felt comfortable and knew yoga was unlike anything else she’d experienced during many years of incorporating physical fitness into her life.
The ability to connect mind, body and spirit gave her a new awareness of her body and the peace and sense of well-being she was seeking. She has had a strong and regular practice ever since and in 2009 completed her 200-hour teacher training.
Kristin works full time as a Marketing Manager at a company in Princeton and tries to balance the rigorous work week with teaching yoga and honing her own practice as often as possible. She teaches mainly Hatha yoga and gets great satisfaction and joy from being able to share her love of yoga with others.
Kristin lives in Levittown, PA with her husband and pets.
