Then $1 per minute for: Massage or Reiki with Faye Nulman, Reiki or Thai Massage with Leslie Hadley, or Psychic Readings with medium/psychic Nancy Tursi
All itmes are first-come, first-basis so make sure to arrive early, dance, eat and have a great time.

MEDITATION CLASS
Meditation is the process of stilling the mind...which is certainly much harder than it sounds. We're happy to bring a weekly Meditation class back to One Yoga to help you develop this skill. Meditation class are held every Monday at 6pm in the back Meditation Room. Use your class cards or drop-in $15.

BELLY DANCE
Level I Tribal Belly Dance - Thursdays 8:15 pm. Cost= $150 for full 10-week session. Because the classes build on each other, course is best taken in full; however, drop-ins are okay.
Level II Tribal Belly Dance - for those with experience - Wed. 7:15-8:15. Instructor: Jenna Yeager of Hypnosis Tribal Belly Dancers
